Commerce ISD has contracted with Region XI ESC to establish and maintain a database for keeping track of continuing professional education hours for staff. Certificate renewal is dependent upon satisfactorily completing at least 150 hours every five years. At the end of school each spring, each faculty member will be required to complete input of all training attended during the year.

Instructions

• Access the login page at https://cpeweb.esc11.net/login.asp

• The district login is:
    Username: 116903
    Password: commerceisd (case sensitive)

• On the next screen, click the category that best fits your certification.

• The next screen will give you two options. (Be sure to maximize your screen at this time---click the square in the right top corner)

Click this link if you have not been in the system before. You will only go to this
link one time. After that you will put your username and password in the box.

If you are a previous user, this is where you will type in your username and password.

As a first time user, you will be taken to the Main demographic screen. Please enter all information. Once you submit the form you will be asked if you want to add an activity. Click that link and fill in the next screen. After you submit that form you will be taken to the Main Navigation Screen. You can navigate from this screen to all other screens.

When you enter as a previous user, you will be taken to the Main navigation Screen. You can navigate from this screen to all other screens.

For teachers with lifetime certificates, use the following example to determine how to enter number of years teaching. Example

To move around in the system, you will need to use your username many times. Hopefully, you will find the system user friendly. Anything you input can be changed or deleted.
