Since 1999, Mr. Blow has served on the CISD Board of Trustees. He and his wife Paula have two children, both graduates of CHS. He is an engineer for L-3 Communications in Greenville.

Mr. McLeroy has served as a Board member since 2001. His wife Julie is a fourth grade teacher at A. C. Williams Elementary and they have three children, all of whom are graduates of Commerce High School. He is the owner/operator of an equipment rental company.

Randy Starks was elected to the Board in 2009. He is a senior sales representative for Solvay Pharmaceuticals. He and his wife Karen have a son who is a student at Commerce High School.

Mr. Armstrong has served on the board since 2004. He and his wife Lee have two children, who are both graduates of CHS. Russell is a Certified Financial Planner® Practitioner and owner of AIS Financial in Commerce.

Mr. Oats joined the Board May 2008. He is a retired airline pilot who is married to Ellen, a retired CISD teacher. Their two children attended Commerce schools.

Mr. Wilson joined the Board in 2006. He and his wife Barbara have two children, both graduates of the District. He is supervisor of plant management at L-3 Communications.

Gabe Wittkopf is the newest member of the CISD Board of Trustees having been elected in May 2010. Gabe and his wife Alicia have two children who are students at Commerce Elementary School. He is a firefighter for the City of Commerce.
