Convocation--2020 Vision

Commerce ISD employees gathered at Texas A & M University-Commerce Sam Ray Memorial Student Center for the annual kick off to the new year on August 6. Teachers and staff were welcomed by President Mark Rudin who shared the four pillars for the university's strategic plan. The group was entertained by Steve Knagg, former director of communications for Garland ISD.

Analyzing the Graduate Profile, administrators led teachers in discussion on various traits a CISD graduate needs to possess.

Thanks to A&M -C, the Commerce Schools Educational Enrichment Foundation, Shear Relaxation and Guaranty Bank & Trust for contributing to the success of the event. See the slide show below for a glimpse of the day.
